New website and chat experiencing a few bugs at the moment - have reported already and they're working on it.
Has anyone else noticed that on the capped accounts, it says "Free Standard News Server" but on Premium Uncapped, it says "Free Premium News Server"?
Pretty sure that it used to be "Free Premium for everyone".

Can somebody please explain the difference between a standard and a premium news server to me?
Also, can I buy just one month of mobile data? (Going on Holiday in Feb and some data to use while away could be nice...)
Also, will my DSL subscription also be discounted in Feb or do I keep paying full price?

premium you normally pay for - longer retention periods, sometimes better speed.

I am happy with just having access to a news server. That is why I left MWeb and felt very sad during the last week - has the CS news server been fixed or is it still borked? Peculiar that this coincided with the start of a new month...

The new website is a big improvement. Not crazy about the Vodacom pricing though. I hope the MTN options are better when they arrive.

Nope, always had capped, always had premium news server (and still have)
I signed up with Crystal Web for their R 1 promo to test out the network.
How do I cancel because I only want to give it a try for February?
When will the client portal go live?

Still no ETA on the news servers
Even their support centre clock is not working 100%
At least is their mobile data priced better than what Vodacom is selling it for.
The only sad part is I cannot use my Vodacom airtime to purchase mobile data through CW.
