First DStv launching uncapped fibre bundle deals

If this device streams via app, then it might work.
If it streams via a browser, then 25Mbps won't cut it. We are on a 50Mbps line and it crashes. Or, like last week, the rugby stream simply stops (we use a family member's login).
They need to fix that service as it's broken.

I think we'd be surprised at how many there are out there for whom all this interwebz and fibre stuff is still a massive mystery.

FFS, most of people refer to internet as 'wifi' and use the terms interchangeably.

There's a massive market of technology dunces out there who just want access to their entertainment.

It's definitely a move in the right direction (finally) by those luddites who run Multichoice.

Yup will see people saying my wifi is down, tell them to plug in the ethernet cable they like that wifi is down as well.

I'm not paying R900+ per month to watch a few cricket games/rugby per year.

Honestly, pay and see the uselessness of their streaming. I wouldn't even pay for that. Bought F1TV as a result of the stream constantly stopping and never looked back.

I’d just like to point out that Multichoice used to own M-Web…

This is either late to market or fiber coverage in SA is vast enough to make this a viable option.

Either way hope the ‘double play’ or ‘triple play’ bundled deals are competitive enough so that consumers ultimately win.
