I really think that you must try and get some distance from this girl. Take some time-out. Ask her to give you a break.

You can do it in a nice way, saying something like "I'm not really sure what I'm feeling at the moment and really need some time-out."

Judging from your OP, the relationship seems strained and heading down a cliff. It would not be in your or her benefit to continue with the relationship while you are both struggling with trust issues. Until you have dealt with your trust issues (and she with hers), you will be setting yourself up for disaster. The end result maybe a co-dependent relationship and that is not healthy at all.
