This thread is like that series National Geographic used to have, Seconds From Disaster. You get to see the trainwreck unfolding in slow motion.

Coming up: 2 Days to disaster, train driver Croxley replies to what he believes to be a harmless text message, ignoring all warning signs along the track and the emergency alarm from the cabin, which he dismisses as an equipment malfunction.
