Delete off Facebook(Unsubscribe if you wanna be "nice").
Delete all contact details, delete pics(keep nudes :D )
Get a lawyer(not needed in this case.).
Lastly get a hobby and watching series or anime, isn't a hobby.

Good luck though, getting over a 1st love is k*k hard but you can do it. :)

We have all been down a similar road once in a while and we all moved on. Go do gym, work hard, play online games keep busy and you will soon see she was just a flash in the pan.

Exciting yet stressfull and painful relationship sorry man we all have been there just stay away from your phone trust me you dont wana send her a 5 page sms that wont help you, hot women can do that to you especially your first hottie
 
How to get over girls:

1) Hit the gym
2) Start going out a lot more and expanding your social circle
3) Develop multiple groups of friends if you only have one social circle

This will improve your confidence a lot, give you more opportunities with girls, and help you get over your ex.

The best advice that I can give you, is that every serious relationship is better than the last. So whenever the next one comes along, it will be better than her. That does not mean that the girl will be prettier. She might be. But it does mean that the relationship will be better, because you will have taken lessons from this one.
As other people have said. Just get on with other things. Try to do as few things as possible that would remind you of her. Change your routine a little and slowly you will get over her.

Whether you find a rebound ****, or simply go it alone, both work really. Just remember that you need to leave any trust issues that you had with this last girl at the door. If you can do that, then your next relationship will be better.
