Home-Connect ISP Feedback

I am getting 250ms+ to an EU server for Heros of the storm

When I was in my previous place using Vox, I was getting 220ms+-..

Is this something Home connect can look into ?
 
oky, so day two of dead connection.
typically start early morning and lasts for 6-8 hours. Home connect say it's Frogfoot, sadly for home connect i know a few people in the area on different isp's. Only me that's down not them....

Contacting frogfoot, they say nothing was reported in the area. Phoning home connect again, the next person just starts spitting the next lie, " frogfoot is changing a switch in the area"...

I'm starting to see why their cheaper than the rest..

For months i've had packet loss and high pings ( adsl like 25-45ms) Noted that frogfoot did have back-haul issues, but this was fixed after a few weeks. Still ... i've got the same connection ...

I'm back home this evening. They fixed my line a few weeks ago.I hope and pray that my line performance is the same as when I left. Need to catch up on my content.
 
So on this lovely Friday evening I loose connection at 17:00 think it's load shedding.
after 4hours of Thabo assistance we found out that the operations team sent a request to Frogfoot to cancel my line and Frogfoot needs to speak to them to take my line off hold. This is a shocking mistake from Home Connect I am still to shocked to believe it. Let's wait to 08:00 tomorrow and see if we can sort out if they can't the cancelation must be processed and I will select new isp I will refuse to pay any cost do.

I just say Than from support as always calling and chasing up but there ops teams are causing massive issues. Poor dude that cancelled will not even be moved to his new isp today lol.


I would love to get a hold of there CEO email as I know he is all for service but not aware of these issues.
 
Well I can tell you one thing, with all the issues they are still 10x better than Afrihost.

You must be livid, absolutely ridiculous mistake on their part.

Was really pissed. Got it working now called Frogfoot they only talk to the isp not me. HC says it was Frogfoot and not them tomorrow the **** will fly some one must take responsibility for this
