iBurst system upgrade this weekend.

just a question will the new line help improve our speed or become unshaped or something that will allow us to contend with internet in europe or us pl0x would help greatly

Yes got that a couple of times yesterday as well. (Today has been OK so far..)
Seems to come and go.
 
Downloaded and Uploaded are showing negative figures, not positive, but Total is positive

Is it just coincidence that the iBurst performance deteriorated after the system upgrade?

I've worked with a demo kit supplied by Eject for 2 days (13 & 14 Aug) before deciding that it's time to ditch the blue & green. Speeds over the weekend were just as good, but it went downhill since last night.

Upload speeds are stil ok - 0.25 Mb/s, but downloads went from almost 0.98Mb/s to a meager 0.05Mb/s ...

Hi guys.


Please try the following.

Disconnect power from iBurst terminal for about two minutes.

Re-power and connect again.

There was a provisioning error which has been solved during the day. your device must be off the network for about two min and then when you connect again you will be provisioned into the correct basket.
