So iPhones can only be dual sim if you have one physical and one (or more) e-sim... from an affordability point of view, I suppose it depends on your budget but iPhone SE2 and 3 support e-sim and are considered to be Apple's budget line. Alternatively get an older iPhone, anything from iPhone XR \ XS and up supports e-sim.
You're very lucky. I use a **** tonne of data. I use my phone for whatever, wherever I am. My 13 is sitting on 309gb since getting it roughly a year ago...Or get one from China.
Personally the whole dual sim thing seems utterly pointless to me.
There is so very little to gain. Cheap data is almost always **** data and do you really need it that much?
I buy 2GB a month and almost never finish it.
