Ok so I can confirm that I am going through supersonic as we both get the same results and your ip starts with 105, my ip also starts with 105. However the ip address on my usage portal shows an ip starting with 192.

Would mind just checking if your latest usage under the supersonic portal matches your current ip address or even in the same rage?

Yes it all matches up. I'm sorry but it seems they just fu**** your account up and the 1st line support people are to dumb to fix it. May I suggest an ISPA complaint? That usually gets them listing very quickly... I can only imagine your frustration but for me it's working fine so I guess I'm lucky. In fact it's amazing. I guess when things work it really works well.

Thank you for confirming and yes mine does not match up like yours does. I will go the ispa route tomorrow if my last attemt with them does not yield results.

It's the only thing that got them listening to me when their IPC was congested. They gave me another free month and this month only paying 40Mbps but have a 200Mbps. That said let them send the tech out and you get a job card from them. Then you have all the ammo to attack them on. Tell them you want a technician to see that it's not working. You want answers now you don't want call backs because that usually does not happen. Good luck.

For the first time ever I'm seeing an issue with my Openserve line. Tonight speeds are capped at ~170Mbps give or take no matter the ISP or router. Supersonic, Vox and Cybersmart all cap at 170Mbps. Switched from my Zyxel router to my Huawei B618 but no change still speed capped. Restarted pc still the same.

Still have this weird 170Mbps cap on my 200Mbps Openserve line this morning :(

Seems my issue was with the cables and the router because pc connected directly to ONT gives full speed.

So Supersonic is sending a technician after hours next week to deliver and install my new replacement router.

So it would seem my fibre line is FINALLY fixed. I got a call from someone who said they would investigate and later that day everything just worked again. He said he reset a few things on my line and the account being activated before I had a line was duea to a human error, so I think it's safe to assume I was being crossed patched with someone else.

All my streaming services now play without buffering, I do still get a rather high ping to international servers but I don't care enough about the international ping to go through all this trouble again.

Don't leave it there. You want a credit for downtime. Get reference numbers ect and call accounts. A credit for the poor service is in order.

Agreed. I still have my ispa investigation pending so I will wait to see what happens with that first.

I wonder why my ping is higher than most on supersonic though.
