I'm an MWEB 4mb Uncapped user in Durban. Have been a customer for just over two months now and have been very happy with the service, despite all the negative feedback I read in this thread.
This morning though, its completely borked.

First thing I did was check with a friend who is also in Durban on MWEB, and he is seeing similar performance. So that makes me think its not specific to my account, rather a general / regional problem with MWEB. Dialing up with WA or SAIX account proves the line is 100%.
Any comment from the official MWEB support chap here?
