MWEB Guy , lets get honest here. I have 3 uncapped accounts with MWEB as well as 3 telkom accounts for both private and business use , from all these accounts the slow service is experienced on all MWEB accounts where the Telkom accounts shine. I am more pissed off with the fact that no live streaming works and my youtube is useless.
What I would like to know from you is very simply ARE YOU THROTTLING TRAFFIC ?

I hear you and you are just as frustrated as the rest of us - this MWEB Rep gives the normal standard replies - typical copy and paste BS but you can't attack him like that... really.
Don't attack the messenger - it's not his fault - probably trained like that - blame MWEB - upgrading users and they can't even look after their current subscriber base! Bloody idiots!

Do u seriously regard that as an attack? Because I dont. I never insulted him or used derogatory words. I simply said shutup and get lost. Iv seen people here say much worse things to one another and nothing ever happens to them.
Believe me, if I wanted to attack the messenger I could have said a hell lot worse. But I didn't. I kept my comment short and sweet. I was simply suggesting that he may as well not be here because his responses are very generic and he hasn't even helped a single person here.

and we know they have to be very strict on what the reply here, as they represent the whole mweb, and every word and sentence they say can and will be quoted out of context by us forumites

Look I know it's not always useful and might seem pointless and even I do poke at the rep and mweb, but having no rep(s) at all is worse. I agree that there's is enough reason to be upset, but no reason to be uncivil with the rep apart from the fact that it reflects badly of your character.

So how would you explain a video stream running at full speed with no problems from 6:30am and start lagging at around 8:30am for the rest of the day every day on MWEB. When I switch over to the telkom account it runs perfectly.
The lag most certainly seems time based and occurs between the times of around 8:30am and continues till after midnight where all of a sudden the streams become watchable ?
