I'll chip in as well where credit is due, much better performance these last two weeks and perfectly stable for me.
 
This is arb, I just lost connection in steam but steam still runs? I kill the program , restart it and it loads but it says no connection and I can't see any friends yet the main app is working :wtf:

Please forgive me for not looking for the answer first, just don't have the time to go through this huge thread.

I am visiting the parents for 2 weeks and using my dad's mweb 384 uncapped. He probably only uses about 100mb a month I'm guessing but I thought lets download something while I'm here.

How crazy can I go without stepping on the FUP? I've torrented about 3gigs in 2 days so far. Just don't want him to get an abuse mail or anything.

download casually, doing it 24.7 is not recommended as well as using anything that by passes shaping like ssl or vpn.

Okay cool thanks. Ya I think just putting the downloads on at night time should be fine then without raising any issues. Won't be bypassing anything. :)
