Try getting smaller size MX/Motard gloves then? Motard ones will offer more protection for road riding. They'll stretch over the palm, and the fingers will be the right length?

So my NoNoise ear plugs arrived today, going to test the on my way home. Now just waiting for my tinted visor to arrive....
 
Link please? Been looking for a smoke visor for my HJC too. Was considering fitting a film over it, but not too sure about that.
 
Sorry man. 2 last qus. What was the customs and vat on this when it landed? Did you have to collect at the customs depot ?

Um, not sure... It's still on its way, so I'll see maybe beginning next week when it's in the country how this whole thing works out. Not sure if they factored it into the shipping cost
 
So how many CT riders went in to work on the bike this morning, and then how many got wet? :p My wife didn't believe me when I said it was raining enough to put on my rain gear, luckily I still put it on

Better than me the other day. It storms, I put my rain gear on, leave the garage... about 200m from the office the roads are dry.... not one drop all the way home. The only thing that got wet was my arm pits :eek:

I suspect I've got pink eye so opted to work from home rather.

Last thing I need is rain weather with one eye.
 
@Sinbad I wonder if the Know hand armour would work for you.

It costs a fortune though. But there isn't a better glove out there.

But I see no reason why a proper tailor couldn't shorter the fingers for you somehow. What do I know though.

Haha, i dont have rain gear, so took the car. Actually felt weird driving to work. Been a long time. Actually a good thing, the car was loaded with about 2mm of dust from standing in carport. the rain nicely washed most of that off ;-)
 
I was planning to take my bike to the insurance inspection centre today, I didn't watch the forecast.

R240 pm with Outsurance, not bad.
 
What's your opinions on riding at night? I love riding, want to use the bike all the time but not sure if I should since I'll be riding home for 80km at 1am.

riding is awesome, at night is dangerous... but then again, in traffic commuting just as much.... i guess it's all about how responsible you ride.
