Yah, pedestrians are oblivious to bikes, even more so than cagers. There are usually more jay walkers when there is a taxi rank or shopping centre near by.Especially if there is a long tail-back of cars. Pedestrians seem to think this means they can cross the road wherever they want. I try to keep my speed extra slow when splitting thru stationary cars. Avoided a few pedestrians walking between the cars. with them not checking at all whats coming between the cars. Double especially if it's a bus. I've had two close calls like that, people who have gotten off the bus sitting at a robot and then blindly walking out.
