Changed over from the old to the new network. Old was unplayable D3

On new network first session impressed, now currently running red in latency issues.
Why ?

P2P also not that good currently.

Still no email for me =/ Even though I haven't been confirmed yet!

P2P works quite nicely on the Cybersmart backbone in the early hours of the morning. The problem is with peak hours.

Opens gmail app, email from crystalweb. /even more ampt
Opens email, usage stats. /cries :'(

That is a cruel cruel joke to play on me CW! Never received a usage email for months and the morning I'm expecting my new login deets, you send me a usage stats email.

I received the same zero usage mail, but the username looks the same as my old username so I'm guessing this is not the new network :(

EDIT: Logged into portal, the username in the usage email has a .co.za but in the portal it doesn't.

Barely managed half line speed on NNTP last night. This morning account was completely dead, had to change over to another ISP to work.

Have to say I very grudgingly paid the invoice for next month's bandwidth, especially while others on the new network are waxing lyrical about their performance.

My current username is ******@crystalcapped as opposed to @crystalpremium.co.za hence the query.

... done over 50GBs on my 100GB capped account so far but only using it late at night, very happy so far.

i got my login details for the new network... consistently cut me off the internet... used my old details and everything worked fine again...

anyone having my probz?
