i got my login details for the new network... consistently cut me off the internet... used my old details and everything worked fine again...

anyone having my probz?

Your best bet is to contact live chat first before reporting on the forum if similar issues haven't been reported :).

It's incredibly difficult for me to do anything with your forum name.

It's always best to contact support so that we can see what's going on.

I haven't seen any reports of what you're experiencing though.

Should I moan at support coz I haven't recieved my mail yet and my group was supposed to be deploying this morning? Or should I send beers?

Thanks for the update CW. I will gladly start trialing the new backbone the second I get home from work.

We ran a new batch of migrations today, so try to go easy at first as it's possible that everyone jumping on when they get home may cause issues here and there. We've got teams monitoring it all on our end now as well and we'll be making any adjustments needed on the fly (as best we can).
 
WooHoo....got my new deets. Was going do some work tonight but that will now be replaced by gaming latency "testing". Amped.
If the latencies are lower I would be chuffed cause the last week or so gaming was frustrating but other services have been 100%.

Told you I specifically tested your service you had troubles with and put it on our list of priority things to get right.

Also helps when you are as patient and courteous with our staff as you've been. We tend to then bend over backwards for customers. :)

Much appreciated, it's working brilliantly so far. Not a single dropped packet since I started, and RDP to international is SUPER responsive. VERY HAPPY!
