Nothing but positive feedback from everyone on the new network so far, with 90% of migrations complete. We are a very happy crew at Crystal Web now, knowing that you guys are so happy.

I may take a break for this weekend for the first time in a long while, and will be back on the forums on Monday. Anything you guys need, just hop on support.

Remember that support on weekends is 10am to 5pm.

Have a great weekend, everyone. And please keep the feedback coming.

Hey CW,

Loving the new network so far. I have a concern though..
For the last 2 nights I've been getting horrible lag spikes at around 21:30 to 22:30. This happened Yesterday while playing dota and the day before while playing Call of Duty on PS4.
I double checked everything on my side and made sure that nothing was downloading.
Never had this issue on the previous network. Apart from this, the network is performing great.
We played GT6 on the PS3 and GTA V and War Thunder on PS4 from 19:00 till 00:00 and we had huge issues.
I did not get the impression that it was an ISP issue.

Everybody were complaining, including LTE guys.
Obviously we could have had different experiences and problems.

Have you tried changing your MTU settings? I've experienced unstable connections before with PSN after the hack and changing the MTU to 1472 helped quite a bit.

just a brief note to customers - it is not the speed of our network that resulted in the time warp occurring on MyBB and the time warp being fixed does not indicate that the network is slowing down, so please don't call support to complain that your internet has gotten slower because MyBB's clocks are no longer putting you in the future
