Very happy on the new network!

WoW latency is a solid 170ms. Tried some Heroes of the Storm, no latency meter there but pretty responsive. Still need to try D3 xD Yes, I am a Blizzard fanboi.

I was pretty happy before, but now this could be perfect :)

Hearing how happy you guys are makes the hard work and expense completely worth it. It really does.

Thanks for the great feedback so far guys.

You can now expect some awesome new initiatives from us, and a return to us focussing our efforts on getting the finer details and "nice to haves" implemented.

Please do keep the feedback coming. It's been a long time since I've managed a proper smile. :D

It was always going to be tough, but I think keeping the clear goal of what you wanted your network to achieve without sacrificing integrity is what got you guys to this point :)

I can't report back on my experience for GT6 on the PS3 as we could not race.

Don't think it was an ISP issue as the problems were across the board and most ISPs were affected. In fact, I had the least amount of issues. Was probably a PSN problem.

Other than that, the account is still solid as a rock.

Got hold of support via email.

It's actually a Telkom issue although my line is syncing.

Showing as VDSL though when it should be ADSL.

DSL connection active
ATM8/35 link disconnected

These days one cannot get hold of Telkom.

I've escalated calls via Internet, still no joy.

I have been moved to the new network & had streaming issues last night on BBC iplayer which I never have had before & ITV player which I always have - I stream via my smart TV direct through the router - I didn't try netflix I actually gave up after a while as it was stopping every couple of minutes:erm:

99% sure this is not related to the new network. Your best bet is to always hop on to support when it happens so we can see in real time what's happening. But essentially, streaming hasn't even entered any form of contention on the network yet - not even for a split second. And our testing of BBC streaming has shown stellar performance so far.

Okay will do next time (hope not though) - Any idea why there are always buffering problems with ITV player though?

Must admit, I don't watch Corrie so not 100% sure. :D

It may be the way they distribute content, but in all honesty it may be related more to whatever is plaguing your connection at the moment.

I never have problems with BBC player or Netflix they work 100% it's only ITV player - the first 2 never insert adverts but ITV does so maybe it has something to do with it - but I must admit it is inpossible to watch because of the buffering :confused:

Let's ascertain what the issue with your connection is here, as it's in all likelihood the root cause of this. Once we know, we can then look to help you resolve it if it's related to our network. Unlikely though - otherwise if it's related to Telkom and your line is with us we'll be able to manage the fault for you. If however the line is still with Telkom then we can send you as much data as we can to help you report the fault to them.

For the last 2 nights I've been getting horrible lag spikes at around 21:30 to 22:30. This happened Yesterday while playing dota and the day before while playing Call of Duty on PS4.
I double checked everything on my side and made sure that nothing was downloading.
Never had this issue on the previous network. Apart from this, the network is performing great.

Had the same problem in STO last night, turned out it was their servers that had lag. Hope yours is the same problem
