Kinda reads a little wrong if new customers read the last post here. So just gonna remove it as the last post quickly with this one. :D

Haha I see what you mean :p Post edited. To everyone, I was talking about Eskom, not Crystal Web, they're more awesome than 2 public holidays in a row.

Any chance at smaller packages? 120gb+480gb seems to be the smallest package and it's quite a bit more than we need.

Hop over to live chat and one of our agents will be able to assist with a smaller package for you. :)

CW, any plans for multiple concurrent connections on the uncapped side of things?

On home accounts? You can end up with some serious abuse this way, so not really.

Like having the speed divided by the number of lines you're connecting with would be great. Not sure about the abuse that could occur but I understand.

Will pop an email soonish with some questions.

If any of you guys feel like rating/reviewing Crystal Web, hop over here and let us know how we're doing - http://tinyurl.com/nclrws7 or simply post it on Twitter and tag @crystalwebsa in the tweet.

There may be a prize in it for you. ;)

We use it precisely so that anyone can verify the authenticity of the review, and can be assured that they're not shill reviews like so many other companies employ. The permissions are there so that it can post on your behalf to Twitter.

Yeah, true. Been looking for alternatives but there's nothing quite like it out there. Will continue digging.

Yea don't have social networks. Maybe an "enter your DSL username here" sort of thing for verification?

Anyone here play Guild Wars 2?
What is your in game ping like?

I decided to load it back up after being inactive for about a year, and I'm getting around 200ms average.
Is this normal? I cant remember what i used to get back in the day.

What we'll do instead is open it up for general Twitter comments rather than via GetKudos as well - so you can use either option. Just tag us in the tweet - @crystalwebsa

I will check it out this evening, also haven't touched it in a long time but I remember I had endless issues with latency when I was on Openk@k.

Do you have any trials available? 2 days would be fine. But I need change now.

Also, more details regarding your shaping/throttling? Can't find a detailed explanation on your website.

Thanks.
