We're manually processing each account at the moment to ensure accuracy. Rather wait for an updated invoice later this evening from us.
 
CW I am thinking now, Netflix costs me R99 a month. Can R99 a month give me extra unshaped data? Because popcorn time uses p2p technology to view content. Or is that a big no no? Also to add to popcorn time, my daughter watches a lot of stuff over and over and with popcorn time I can enable it to cache the played content locally.
 
Why are your capped products price nearly double of other main ISPs? Considering you are newish, makes me cringe

I think the more relevant question here is why do our products and network, well, work? Between those two questions lie the answer.

In addition, we're not selling capped shaped data.

The fact of the matter is how the hell would i know that you "work"? - Experiances may vary obviously, i could be given the same wording from OpenWeb but we all know how much bs that is.

Every ISP says that to be fair.

The same data does not justify price:
for instance

100GB Crystal Web Capped
100GB X OR Y ISP Capped

Pretty sure 90% of the time both will perform the same and really barely worth paying double for that

I am actually shopping around for a new ISP, but capped wise i was completely turned off.

Uncapped, in regards to crystalweb, what is the main difference with other isps? do you shape during the day etc? Not much info was given.

Sorry for double posting but I just read of a different thread that you have a "fusion" account.

What is that? pricing? info? Cant see it on your website at all.

What is your main goal regarding the internet? 24/7 downloads, streaming, browsing etc...? Because we all start our downloads between 12AM and 6AM. Fusion uncapped package includes on a 4mbps account for instance 100GB of unshaped data and after that uncapped with very light shaping. just p2p and NNTP are shaped during that time, the rest is unshaped. HTTP downloads after your unshaped data, the first 100MB (I think) is unshaped and after that the download speed slowly decreases. Hope I got all that right.

60% Gaming.... 30% downloading (torrent)... 10% browsing i would say applies to me.

I would barely watch twitch and dont use NTTP - oh and i have a 2mb line

Also where can i find more info on this product or even order it if it came down to it

Hi Matthew,

In terms of how you know it "works" is by experience and feedback from other users, in much the same way as any purchase you make. And in the same way that not all brands' products are the same in terms of performance and quality, the same applies to internet connectivity. It's no different.

Our uncapped products are standardised with hundreds of gigs of unshaped usage before any shaping kicks in. Thereafter only large downloads are shaped, and release from midnight. No other shaping is applied to streaming, gaming, browsing etc type services.

That's our standard uncapped on the site right now. More products are being released very shortly as well.
 
:sick:I would like to know why I am being ignored. I logged a fault with your live support weeks ago and received no feedback. I then sent you a PM and again weeks later no feedback.

So is fusion uncapped literally a different name for the current uncapped on your website??

There is a standard uncapped where P2P, NNTP & HTTP downloads are shaped with 12 midnight to 6:00 am unshaped.
Fusion gives you the first 100/200/300/400GB unshaped (depending which Mbs package you're on) thereafter it follows the above shaping for downloads.

All else is unshaped. VPN abuse will also be shaped.
