Hi Shaun, I tried out that new link and my bill is showing up as the correct amount but when I registered and checked outstanding bills it's showing September as unpaidShould I PM you a screenshot?
We're manually processing each account at the moment to ensure accuracy. Rather wait for an updated invoice later this evening from us.
