Sadly, my issues were not in this list.

Specifically (a) poor streaming/buffering before 6pm, (b) severe shaping between 12am and 6am.
Paul suggests it is just me and that my routing is being looked at, however, I haven't received any email feedback in this regard, or told when or if or how it will be resolved.
I did get my newserver login, thank you. It doesn't perform very well during the day (only slightly better than torrents). Will try it after midnight but I suspect it will also be affected by issue (b) above.
This account is like wading through treacle at the moment. Apart from browsing, everything is slow. Even tiny files of 5mb are restricted to 20KB/s to 30KB/s. Fortunately use of a download manager helps improve the throughput on a few things. When I switch to WebAfrica or (cough cough) Afrihost everything flies again. I guess I could buy more capped data, but really, I think I paid enough for this account for it to work as advertised.
