Ok so let me rephrase...

I got the 4mb uncapped account, now, i stream mostly, like 95% of the time, the other 5 i download torrents...

When will my torrents get shaped? Does the 100 gig apply to my total bundle, meaning through the month i stream 120 gigs and then want to download a movie and get shaped? Or does the 100 gig only apply to downloads? If so, how does CW manage this?

Also does the shaping run on weekends?
 
All usage counts towards the free unshaped allocation. When shaped, only the large downloads are shaped. When shaped, it does apply on weekends.

There are some cool announcements coming from us very, very soon though with respect to the above.

Does Grooveshark use P2P protocols? After getting shaped it's basically unusable.
 
SO far been happy with crystalweb. There are time where there are clear issues with their network.

Last night at 9pm i have ping spikes and then at 11pm i had 9% packet loss. This has not been the case today so hopefully whatever broke has been fixed? :)
 
Just signed up for their 200 gig capped account (1 November activation). Was with another ISP but their performance degraded in the evenings. Hoping that Crystalweb is the answer for me. Just want to stream and browse the web at full speed after 18:00!

It always buffers for me.
This 20Mb line is not quite what I expected :(

Could someone also explain this Net Analyzer tool.
It's supposed to send me a permalink but nothing popped up after the test.

i keep hearing about these "cool announcements"... better make it happen soon
 
So what is the current turnaround time supposed to be on responding the emails..? (how many days..?)
