Why have I been quoted R479 for my 20Mb then?
I made the change last night.

Oh I see. A port error is an error that occurs between you and the Telkom port at your exchange. Admin reset would be a reset call made from our servers on the account, and user request is where you disconnected from your side on the account.
Can all CW customers sign into the new website yet? or is this still only being tested with certain customers?

Unable to check usage on the portal, getting an error that says "something went wrong"

My internet is extremely painfully slow at the moment as well.
A few issues:
2) I'm not 100% sure what you're saying here
200GB of tier 1 data allocation is now standard, thereafter shaped on large download protocols only - there is a change coming here for the better, to be released once we're happy the network is back to tip-top shape.
Please confirm - Are you allowing 200GB (instead of 100 GB) of data on tier 1 data before shapping comes into effect? I am on the 4MB package & if so with this be standard or only for now?
They have "apear" which is meant to be "a pear". There were copyright issues with "an apple".And a typo in "appear" on the first page.
200GB is the standard for 10Mbps - has been for about two months now and will remain as such.
I think I misunderstood - I am on the 4MB package so on this level it is is still 100GB right?
I don't see any change compared to previous version. Is this for customers that have their lines with you? From within the customer portal, you can now:
Check your usage
Check your latest IP address
View your DynDNS hostname
View your username and password (hidden by default following feedback)
View all ADSL session information for your account
Temporarily unlock your account for use at another location
Check the health of your ADSL line
Add Dynamic DNS if you don't already have it
View invoices
Download invoices
The invoicing is an admin issue at the moment as there are some duplicates which makes it appear as if the system is buggy, but it's not - the duplicates are being cleared.
