I don't see any change compared to previous version. Is this for customers that have their lines with you?
The attenuation for up and down as reported by the customer portal are opposite to what my router reports. So either my router has it wrong or the portal has it wrong?

Are you sure it's the old portal? On mine it looks identical to the old portal, but if you click the middle button, there are 2 new buttons.Same here for me too. Tried Firefox and I still have the old portal.

Apologies I didn't see your earlier post, but in retrospect why did I not just get an answer when i asked it on the 18th already as had I known then I most certainly would not have waited a moment longer!

Capped account still not working 100%. PSN store is timing out
PSN store is timing out on my Axxess capped account. So maybe it's an issue with the PSN store and not isp related.
Sorry to do this to you, but you got an answer. The fact that you didn't act on it is your fault alone. So you only have yourself to be angry with.
Hopefully though, your experience will improve before the end of the month and you remain a customer to see how good it can be.

Check your usage
Check your latest IP address
View your DynDNS hostname
View your username and password (hidden by default following feedback)
View all ADSL session information for your account
Temporarily unlock your account for use at another location
Check the health of your ADSL line
Add Dynamic DNS if you don't already have it
View invoices
Download invoices
The invoicing is an admin issue at the moment as there are some duplicates which makes it appear as if the system is buggy, but it's not - the duplicates are being cleared.
