I'm having a strange problem, and this is the 2nd time it's happened in the past few months. I get the "not available in your country message" from Netflix on my Roku. Hulu plus works on the Roku and on my Samsung TV, Netflix works as well. Now here's the strange part. If I switch ISPs then Netflix works on my Roku. I'm using Unotelly.

So the combination of Netflix, Roku and CW has not worked for the past 2 days. Any ideas what's causing this?

Summary:
Netflix, Roku, CW - Does not work
Hulu+, Roku, CW - Works
Netflix, Samsung, CW - Works
Netflix, Roku, AH - Works
Netflix, Roku, WA - Works

I've tested multiple times and each time ensured that my IP address was updated. I've also uninstalled and re-installed the Netflix app on the Roku, which last time solved the problem.

We are aware of problems with the news service at the moment, the channel partner for news is busy resolving a fault, current ETA of 2 hours
 
Slowly but surely CW is getting back to the speeds I expect.
Hulu Plus HD Streaming and World of Tanks simultaneously and no lag or buffering !!!! :)
Single threaded downloads and browsing still a bit slow.
 
performance today abysmal, erratic disconnects and speeds all over the place, one minute fine, next minute bog slow and page loads time out etc. Have power cycled modem 3 times today already.

took a look at the account earlier today and didn't see anything on the logs giving insight into the problem, will take another look again and port reset

Thanks, don't know if you reset the port or not yet, but it's not much better
 
Does anyone know if they are offline. Lost connection last night and still nothing.
And support seems to be offline as well.
 
Today account is running fking excellent! Still love you guys even through hard times
 
When you forget to download your wife's linux distro and she phones you 10mins away and you finish it.

That is what I call an unsung isp hero today. Lino arse saved
 
Can't wait to get back home next week to see the improvements
