May I ask how far along are the migration?

It's disappointing that the capped accounts are no longer offered. Cancelled another account to start with Crystalweb begging of February. The site said limited time but indicated that it will be reassessed in March not in January already. Didn't want to join before the new month due to no pro rata allocation and now I'm left with nothing. I need speed above quantity and I can't afford 20Mbps uncapped just to use 150 GB odd. This sucks.
By the way I only get paid on the last day of the month and I can only pay you after that. Hope you don't mind :silly:Yesterday.
But you'll receive an invoice from us. Payments are always due by the last day of the month, and by the end of this migration process we should also be able to push our new payment systems into the site(s).
Few questions: are capped accounts that are already active going to be cancelled now that you're no longer offering them?
If they continue, are they going to be switched over to the new network?
Is there a way to check daily usage logs for the month? I'm pretty sure I didn't hit my cap, although my account has been capped, and I just wanted to check if your logs are somewhat in line with mine, but the only thing available in the control panel is a total usage figure.

Your usage on your Crystal Web account is below.
Date/Time: 29-01-2015/03:49:29
UserName: [email protected]
Total Sent(Mb): 0
Total Received(Mb): 0
Total Combined (Mb): 0
Cap (Mb): 1073741824
% Cap Used: 0%
KEY:
1 Megabyte (Mb) = 1048576 bytes (b)
1 Gigabyte (Gb) = 1024 Megabytes (Mb)
Don't know if this was mentioned before but the usage notification mails I get always say I've used 0% of my cap.
The customer portal says I've used 37% though.
No, existing accounts will run until the end of March, and will also be moved over.
You can check session based data in the portal for your account by looking at session logs for your account, or someone on support can extract the raw data for you if you'd prefer as well?
Just to clarify - will the existing capped accounts only run until end of March and what happens then?
Normal capped pricing resumes at that point, or we may introduce new capped pricing. It hasn't been finalised yet. But the Summer Promo pricing only runs until that time.
