NNTP broken again.
I remember a while back they said you can buy the news server directly from them even if you not a customer. Nothing on the site though.
Half line speed? Is that test-shaping or real shaping? (I don't mind the shaping, but is it half line-speed because it's P2P? And if so, what would HTTP and NNTP come down at?)
Missed that one.

Torrents borked again tonight, at least for some users (I suspect the same who suffer NNTP troubles). Sure feels like shaping.

Torrents are back to about half line speed atm (from 10kBs/0kBs) not ideal but not complaint worthy either. I do worry about this being a recurring issue however, and if these other problems are linked. ("Backbone Trial" user)

Email support is pretty dodgy but when live is around it's the one thing that impressed me most about CW. I've had the MD himself help me out personally at 2am-3am a few times.
