So how does one sign up for 100 gb account as I won a voucher a while ago for it and can't find anything on the website

Live chat down?
My net died exactly at 12.02 and now that it's back, it is not streaming very well at all.
Was perfect before. MTR shows no packet loss.

seems torrents are dead... 0-500 Bytes per Second
Yup. Ever since changing my account details to the new ones they provided me, p2p has been at a stand still. But they deny any throttling or issues with p2p. Live chat wasnt that helpful either ( when live chat is actually available that is)

Please fix this before you lose another client..

12AM everything just went dead for a few seconds, disconnecting me from a dungeon run in WoW and causing my DI.FM stream to stop.

Please, oh please, let this not be a repeating issue from IS.

Exactly the same thing happened here. After about a minute, everything suddenly started working again.

There are DNS issues again, cannot find server t.co (Twitter's URL shortening service).

Do HTTP downloads also get shaped now if the network is under strain?

Big downloads will contend with nntp and p2p yes. I don't know what constitutes big though

Apologies for the DNS issues. I'm awaiting a final report on this one as we don't directly manage the DNS, but I know the guys are working on the fix for it as they have identified the problem.

On shaping - p2p should never be dead. I have my guys investigating why some people are seeing this on occasion, but there is no mechanism to block this on the network and we wouldn't do so in any case. FYI when asking about throttling, the answer will always be that we do not throttle - shaping and throttling are two very different things. We do dynamically shape downloads though, and we start with p2p download shaping.

Thank you for the update, any news on the dual network? When we will get to choose specific packages that suit each of us better?

Actually they're on separate configurations on the network, in that p2p will be shaped and thereafter http downloads will contend for the bandwidth only under certain conditions (like everyone streaming at the same time and drilling the download bandwidth pool down substantially). It happens very rarely.

With regards to dual network BTW, we had a meeting this weekend to discuss further and we will deploy two separate networks still, and in fact we are going to split off certain account types over separate capacity entirely which is very cool and opens up some great opportunities for innovation there.
