Its been a hour or more now of being throttle down to 10% of line speed, is there that many streamers on right now or have I used the internet so much today that I can't even get 50% line speed?
 
I would really like to see the live stats to really verify this "lot" "of" "users"
 
I must be one hell of an internet user at the moment having been throttled to 25% line speed *shrugs*

Hardly.

1. I browsed the internet this morning, just check sabnzb nothing was added morning.
2. Arrived from wrok and I added wine:386 to my box
3. Then I added playonlinux
4. Then I tried to install few other dependancies
5. Added 3 anime torrets to vuze which can't seem to go faster than 25%
6. ****ed up X, restarted and now tried an http which also stucks at 25%

Now you tell me where did I download so much that I must be throttled down so far?

I'm sorry I'm calling this bull****.

I'm seeing nearly full speed, maybe in your region their IPC is a little busy. Wait a little while and see if it eases up :)
 
Shaping has been a little heavier tonight - there are a few things we spotted that may be causing it. GTA releasing for PC doesn't help, but luckily for us this just means shaping downloads for a little longer than usual rather than a prolonged network meltdown.
 
I went overboard. Next time I'll just keep it simple and hop over to support.

I'm sorry and I'm out.
