No, before you just had a Home account, now you have a Home Basic and a Home Premium account since Friday. So, my question is, does this mean that Home Premium account now perform the same, or better than the previous Home account?

Then you are on the premium account in all likelihood. Those portals are in testing at the moment.

Your account performance doesn't change. We simply added new products into our existing product range. :)
 
Getting great help from support - seems like Telkom have broken something at the first hop onto the exchange since last week's upgrades - really impressed with the team @CW !

Mostly, yes. Network demand has decreased back to a sense of normality, but need to continue monitoring for now before I change the network status. :)

Yes, just seen that now myself. Tests fine then returns a failed login error when downloading. Investigating now for you.

This is only since your line upgrade, Sinbad. I can assure you it's not broken on our end. I suspect this sync is not right for you - we may need to move you back to 10Mbps.
 
Streaming sucks tonight. Buffering like crazy every 2 minutes on HBO Now.
There was an issue I picked up on one or two profiles tonight. Identified the culprit and pushing a change tomorrow for this. Affects a small handful of users. Apologies...

Oh haha no problem. Everything was working perfectly and then all of a sudden the buffering started, was weird yo.
