As far as Telkom is concerned... nope... no... don't let me start. Awful network supported by incompetents.

Okay, considering changing over from mweb premium uncap can someone give me a quick summary of,
-How much GB download before the user gets throttled/shaped
-Main difference between Basic and Premium - I'm guessing its the size of the above point?
