No, we are using our CRM to push details out and apparently their servers are struggling. So we're moving it at the moment. :o
 
Hi there, I'm trying to call CW but no consultants to assist. I did leave a message.
I am interested in the 4MB premium uncapped account(not happy with my ISP O..... anymore, very bad shaping. I do Netflix streaming weekends and sometimes during the week. Daily online gaming for +- 3 hours and big downloads midnight to 8am whenever I need to download something.

How does your shaping policy apply during business hours, with my ISP I can't even browse a simple page or open up my gmail.

In need of a good ISP.

From someone previously in your position; CW Uncapped Premium is /the/ best home account for the money. Stream, browse, bank, game, look at pr0n. All works on CW all the time, and downloads from midnight to 8am (that's 8 hours of unshaped goodness) will make sure you wake up with an empty queue.
 
The trial account is for Business capped, but which one? Standard or premium? - just so I know what i'm testing exactly.

you're testing general performance of the network. Things like browsing, latency, streaming etc.

Premium business capped. It's intended to test the network itself. We can't open up free trials of every type of account just yet - nigh on impossible to implement easily, but we're working on it.

Sounds like you need a premium type account. Premium uncapped should suit you.
