I'll lie if I tell you. I honestly don't even know how to check that actually...don't think I've never needed to access Steam settings. Though I have only been on Steam for 8months.What is your download server set to? Mine is South Africa - Cape Town.
It was a Steam client update, the game updates go much quicker

I'm happy to read I'm not the only one. Websites are fast, streaming from youtube or anything else is non existent, I see the initial frame and nothing thereafter. As long as it's up during the rugby, I'm happy.

I'm in the south and everything is running A-OK.
My dl queue just kicked off at full line speed as well.

Why is my NNTP not getting full line speed as promised?
Fluctuating from 200 odd to 500 odd - nowhere near to what it should be.
Current server IS from Cape Town - south 10 Meg line and speedtest is full line speed - 8.72M
Quick question. Does after-hours usage contribute to your star rating and shaping during peak times?
CW does not have a star rating, you will only see "shaping" due to demand at that time, you will not be shaped personally on your usage.

Obviously there could be a problem with your router, but they(Telkom) have blamed my router at least five times and told me to replace it, which I did.Crystalweb still hasn't replied on my support ticket I wrote about here yesterday.
I have since determined that it must be a line problem causing Intermittent connection. Reported the line to Telkom and a lady just phoned me. She said the problem is with my dlink router (which was working for moths) and I need to replace it with a different brand at my own cost. She said she'll get back to me and then closed the ticket. Pathetic Telkom support
