I just noticed that under Authentication on http://capped.crystalweb.co.za/authentication.html that my connection type that used to be 'ADSL U Unshaped' is now Connection Type" ADSL S Shaped"? Seems to have changed this month?
What account are you on?
Home Capped. I understood the capped accounts to be largely unshaped.
Not the case. Always has been shaped.
Yeah asking the same now funny enough.
Streaming and gaming has been bad the last 3 days. Spoke to support who said it's not normal and will investigate.

Got my bill the 23rd of this month. Paid on the same day.
Checked yesterday and it still said balance due, and raised an inquiry into it.
Still waiting for a response to that.

Not yet. Checked the portal this morning and still shows as 'due in 2 days'.
