So far, pretty happy with my CW account. Browsing seems way better than it was with AH. But whats the deal with the news server? Retention is supposed to be 2000 days but I just tried to DL GoT S5 and all episodes are failing with server retention issues. I'm getting my NZB's from OZNZB.

Anyone else having retention issues? Is there maybe a secret news server I don't know about?

Which news server are you using, iirc there are two
 
Logged a support ticket on 8 may 2015. Still no response lol? But no longer applicable as I stopped using the account.

Sent another request to billing, to have my account cancelled around the 24th. Still not cancelled and getting payment reminders for June.

Can one of the reps here PM me and make sure to cancel my account? I'm not using it as I have found a better alternative. And not gonna pay for something I have not used.
 
Must've been a blip the other day. Still clocking only just over 1MB/sec on NNTP downloads at 4am. Bring on the IPC upgrades.

GOT is one of the shows that gets DMCA'ed like hours after being posted.

Need to cancel before the 19th of the month.
 
Noticed yes. Have received no form of confirmation or acknowledgement for the cancellation yet.
They do seem to be slipping...especially in the billing department.

My general support queries have been addressed in rapid fashion, however I agree with you about the billing.

I basically paid for an account for June I will NOT be using.

So who ever wants a 2mb home basic uncapped account for FREE, PM ME!

Please make sure whoever you "give" the account to sends an email containing changed information etc ...

Things can get messy if somebody simply hands out credentials while remaining responsible for the account.
 
240p Youtube on a 4Mb line is honestly not the most fun in the world.
 
The contention has really been hitting hard this weekend. 1/4th line speed most of the weekend.
 
Seriously frustrating not being able to pull more than 100K/sec on a well-seeded torrent on a 20mbps capped account at 18h40 on a Sunday evening. IPC issues or not, SURELY there's more bandwidth available than that?
