So... I as a current (and very happy I might add) Openweb client, I'm not allowed to cancel my current package in favour of a special. But what if the special is a R100pm (or more) saving on my current non-special price...
So, maybe I should cancel, use someone else (ugh) for a month or two, and then come back when I spot another special...?
Most Openweb clients are probably happy enough not to leave, but how about periodic "specials" (annually?) where loyal clients get a permanent discount, e.g. R50 off their current package. I realize attracting new clients is probably higher priority, and giving discounts to existing clients is throwing away money, but sooner or later someone is going to wonder if provider X at a saving of Rxxx pm is not worth trying...
Or give people discounts for referrals?
