Nope, Gauteng!!

Seldom use Torrents although when I have they been good.

This download is coming off a premium Rapidgator account.

I've emailed support at 1.40pm and Leon responded at 1.55pm.

Impressive that but the message; Network is running at peak currently, meaning shaping will be applied quite strictly.

Anyway, not a biggie. I got quite used to and happy with 450KB/s-550KB/s office hour performance... Currently down to 200KB/s-270KB/s...

only 1 PC. Networx can monitor all users on 1 PC. Install it on your laptop to track its use too.

You need to install WinPcap to exclude network traffic between PC's

I can concur... but with me it is all my ADSL accounts and not just OpenWeb... forced to use 3G for a bit earlier.

ADSL just seems to vroom then sputter die, vrooom then lag and sputter die. On all the accounts. I assumed it is an exchange issue.

EDIT: ADSL back to normal now.

Yesterday I had a problem where I couldn't access my server in Germany via ADSL (at first latency spiked, then there was no access at all for quite a while)... During this time, I had to remote into my server in the states, then remote into my Germany box from there. Doing it that way was speedy, no issues.

What causes that kind of routing problem?

The load should clear in the next few days on torrents. Also after around 23:00 things do quieten down generally, so Cape Town region should see great speeds then.
