28KB/s @ 11. bit a deja vu over here. exodus at an isp. performance at OW goes through the crapper.
 
My torrent is working fine. Heck I have just seen my 4mb account, and the line syncs at 4mb, just pull 540kb/s. So yeah OW is soooo slow and sluggish... :rolleyes:

International access is broken. Tracerts show this, bandwidth throughput is damn good locally.

I am on the investigation task regarding international last night. It does seem like there was a short blip. I am sorry about that!

What is the excuse today?

I cannot refresh twitter / facebook on my phone (let alone the actual website) and cannot even send whatsapps over wifi without them timing out since the internet is SO heavily throttled right now

Speed test gives me a 0.03mb on a 10mb link, as somebody else said earlier, if you need to even try work from home, OW makes this impossible! I cannot open the webmail interface into our exchange server, let alone VPN into the network right now
