I'd definitely look at approaching Titan Ice.

Very weary of your current option.

DREAMWARETECH
TECHFOX (just bought from them, should be getting the new PC tomorrow).

Been watching so many reviews, opinions etc on Intel vs AMD this past month. One thing that comes up over and over is the intel 10700k vs Ryzen 7 3700X, the price difference vs performance puts AMD at better bang for buck. Ontop of which the new AMD motherboards have PCie V4 which intel do not. And further to that, AMD will have their unveiling of the Zen 3 Ryzen 4000 chips on the 8th of October.

why not wait a bit on that build, see what's coming...

As to where to buy, personally I have used Wootware many times ... no issues there.

Edit: One more thing, will this be a gaming PC? if so, then I would save money on the the CPU and definitely get a better GPU. Hell, with the GPU wars going on at the moment with the new 3000 series announcement from nVidia, I would hang on and buy a great condition 2nd hand 2000 series GPU or even wait for the AMD 6000 specs before laying out cash... Personally waiting for about next Feb to upgrade, once all the initial hype has died down and benchmarks are readily available.

Stay away from Evetech.

That looks like an Evetech upgrade kit. Don't do it. There are compromises in there.

Stay away from Evetech.

Hold on until October to see what the new Ryzen looks like. At the very least, the third-gen Ryzen prices should go down a bit. And yes, cost-performance on Ryzen is way better than Intel at his stage.

Stay away from Evetech.

Don't buy the 1660 Super. Wait until the RTX 3000 lands, and pick up a second-hand RTX 2000, or even a GTX 1080.

Stay away from Evetech.

You should be able to get 16GB DDR4 3600 MHz RAM. Wootware currently has the G.Skill on special.

Stay away from Evetech.

Look at Wootware, Titan-Ice or Dreamwaretech.

You forgot to mention that the OP should probably stay away from Evetech.

@Codyalan1 what case are you looking at getting, or will this be an open build?
