Router Battery Backup

The selector switch is for the POE lan ports next to it. You would need a splitter that goes into the 12v and gives two outputs.

Check what the output of that 12V port is. If I'm not mistaken it's 1A max, so you might need another unit.
If it's 2A or more it'll work, but your runtime will probably not be enough to last through loadshedding anyway.

Personally i have never seen a ONT and router draw 1amp each. Those specs on the adaptors is absolute max ratings that does not mean the device will draw that amount.

I have 4 devices and its drawing 0.69amps all together when in use (ONT, Edgerouter X, Voip Phone, Unifi AC ceiling AP)

Sorry I can't assist. I think you would need another usb-c cable that you can cut and fit barrel connector on one end. Not sure how the wiring works.

USB-C is an active negotiated standard,and i'd imagine the laptop is using USB-PD too instead of normal USB-C (does a phone charger work?),so it wouldn't be a straightforward conversion like USB

That said there are barrel-connector converter cables from the aliexpress and the like for a dc conversion
