Which release you looking for? The release candidate can be found here: http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?device=i9100&type=RC

The latest nightlies for 10.2 can be found here: http://download.cyanogenmod.org/?type=nightly&device=i9100

Really wasn't that difficult to find :D

I come from Omega, where everything works. Im wondering what in these versions is NOT going to work??

Im not 100% certain if I should even bother with the nightly and RC build, or rather just go with the "official" releases? What do you think?

The RC is the most stable build. The nightlies I linked there are for the new 10.2 CM releases which are based on Android 4.3, they have been pretty good for the past few weeks though my phone tends to just freeze up once every few days so probably wouldn't recommend it just yet.

The only thing that I've seen that doesn't work is Vine. It crashes when trying to take video.

Maybe if you list a bunch of apps you use often I can check them for you.

Flashed 4.3 build 1 of SlimBean. All seems good, battery life is better now that I kicked GNow to the kerb

I'm testing Google Now again this week with the newer CM nightlies. It's been okay so far, looks like about an extra 10% battery drain during a full day which is quite a lot but I've still got 57% battery now.

Do you actually use Google Now?

Think based on what you saying I'm gonna stick with 10.1 releases. They have been around longer and I guess will be more stable.

I also want to know! :)

I mean it's a cool feature, but without locations services on it's pretty useless and I don't want to keep my location services on all day :(

Also, every time I see you signature, I just think, man that's so true :)

Nearly 4 days battery on my Note 2 N7105 on Slimbean 4.3 build 1 :D Okay I haven't used the phone that much but the standby time is great!

OT but does anyone know who's responsible for the MyBB Android app? I love the large font + dark theme options but the reply section is still bright, kind of annoying especially at night. Who's the chap to speak to regarding the app?

So finally (after like effing two months!) orange store decided to ship my extended battery.

Yay!

...NOT!!

Just looked at the at the tracking number thing and saw that they using UPS for shipping. After entering the tracking number in their system I see the following:

"A hazardous material irregularity has occurred with the shipment. UPS will contact the shipper with further information."

I know it's going to be delayed again. I just know. :(

Can we disable Google search on the S2. I stopped and disabled it on Galaxy Chat and it's very fast with even better battery.

But on the S2 long pressing the home button crash the UI (with Google search disabled).

Edit: 4.1.2

I guess you can freeze the app, but why? I use Google Search all the time on my S2.

If you press any button on the homepage (and in between app-loads too) Google Search kicks in on the Chat. Very irritating. I wanted to see if there is performance benefits on the S2 too.

S2 is starting to show it's age. I'm getting tired of the abysmal battery life, it really makes the phone unreliable. Looking at a LG G2 currently, seeing as they will be available in Nov. and they are getting the best battery life of any smartphone currently
