Can someone help, is there a way to update my skyworth android box, lately my reception on Mnet plus constantly bombs out with a 416 error code, if I reboot signal is back, then it's error code again, can't watch any catchup, however when I look on my phone there is no problem

Please make sure your DStv Now app is up to date. If the problem persists, sometimes clearing the app cache and data and signing in again can recover it.

Google certified devices do not make this optional. Unfortunately we cannot assist.

Yes it does. As a back button you can either use Esc or the right mouse button.
