Telkom FUP cap errors

I'm seeing this too on a friend's account:
Portal: 250 Gb
SAIX: 166 Gb

They're fupped and they're pissed...:mad:
24 hours later:
Portal: 266 Gb
SAIX: 174 Gb

Portal says "Let's take that useage and.... double it! Yeah!"
 
Telkom eventually replied to my dm on Twitter today. They advised that we have only used 100GB and that I must ignore the portal. I then sent them a screenshot of the portal where it shows we've used 218GB and are on FUP level 1. They asked me to do a speed test after 7pm and they'll then get their I.T. Department to investigate. Well the speed test shows we're being throttled down to 2mbps so let's see what they say now.

I called 10210 first and they were useless. Didn't know what I was talking about.

I don't know if capped users are affected.

I'm still waiting for them to reply to my message.

I'm on a 20GB softcap with a 2Mbps line. I also seem to be affected by this.

Customer Portal: 57.55 GB (including Night surfer, Reduced speed, and Social and Education usage)
SAIX: 35.95 GB
 
I can see some serious moaning coming when the mom and pop userbase discovers what's going on.
 
Contacted telkom about the loss of data and they eventually replied but simply said that I need to go to my nearest saps and open a case against telkom.

Definitely switching to axxess next month. Can deal with alot when it comes to telkom, but not being scammed.
 
I finally made some headway with Telkom on Twitter and my customer portal has been reset and is reflecting the correct data usage now.
 
So I phoned 10210 and the lady confirmed that the portal is showing different usage than the "other system" they use to check usage.

She told me there's buggerall she can do on her end and I must send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation and they'll fix it.
