Telkom FUP cap errors

My sister, who is as it stands now 150GB away from hitting FUP3, got wacked into FUP3.

Saix - 211GB
Telkom - 361GB + 62GB night surfer.

Anyone who knows their FUP policy, any idea when it will reset back to zero with this rolling time period thing?

Send them a DM on Twitter. They reset my portal and now it's showing the correct usage and we are no longer on FUP level 1.

I’ve DM’ed Telkom as well via Twitter. Still awaiting feedback.
 
OK, I found something irritating. The portal says the mobile sim that came with the Home unlimited deal is out of bundle. Usage says 0.45Gb out of the 3gb allocated and the sim is is not working. the phone says 1.4 Gb used. This also seems to be a messup.

No, the Portal is not broken.

The usage management system may have lost some session mappings.

The portal displays:
* Real-time (max 15 minutes behind) usage from the usage management system on the usage 'dial'
* Usage history as exported (daily) from the usage management system on the usage history graph
* Connection history info from RADIUS as received from SAIX (should be no more than 1 hour behind) in the connections history table.

So, the portal is working fine, but usage management may have a problem.

It may be useful to note if the connections history table matches with your SAIX usage history (this seldom has problems, but it can be).

Are users who have noticed this all in the "East" (e.g. KZN)?

Can someone how is affected PM me their username? I can suggest some checks to the team with a username. I don't seem to be affected (in the 'South'), otherwise I would let them check with my username. They could in theory do this themselves, but it would take longer (since they are located in 'North', there are some hoops to jump through to try and get a session in the East to reproduce).
 
My friend's here in southern cape and affected by this too.
Currently sitting at:
SAIX: 202 Gb
Portal: 314 Gb
FUP 2.
 
DM'd them on Facebook, they responded I must email [email protected]

Emails sent to that address doesn't go through. Comes back "inbox full".

[email protected] hasn't responded yet.

One guy here had success with twitter. Haven't tried that yet, gonna give it a bash, although I'm sure twitter and facebook gets handled by the same people?
