Hi there

,
Let me start off and say this thread is fantastic!! It really pierces through the bureaucracy and makes you feel like someone actually cares

.
Anyway recently I've been having issues, with what I believe is congestion, in Rondebosch, Cape Town.
The problems start at about 6 where my ping steadily rises until about 11 when it starts to decline.
Here's two traceroutes one taken during the day and the other at 9 in the evening both to mweb.co.za [196.2.63.110]
During the day

This has made gaming on local servers in the evening (when most gaming happens) difficult where I get around 166 ping. This used to never rise above 60ms and usually hovered around 33ms. It is now impossible to play on EU servers as instead of 130ms I get 250 - 300ms ping.
Anyway hoping there's some sort of solution (like moving exchange) or maybe an exchange upgrade in the pipeline (hopefully).
I've checked lots of ZA forums and this seems to be a rather big problem around Cape Town at the moment.
Thanks in advance!
Max
