only 0.5kg overall the past week. but i've eaten more than i should, also being the week before pay day, didn't quite have all the right stuff in the fridge for a proper meal, so ended up eating more protein than i should.

i should try not to drown in gin like i have the past couple of weekends.

Protein adds weight for a week, don't stress , it will pass :p

Fruit generally has quite a few carbs. Only some of the berries are low and you should watch the intake on those as it's easy to go over.

I'm guilty in summer with watermelon. Nothing like a nice cold refreshing watermelon on a hot Durban summers day. But I switch it out from lunch to try and balance, to hot to eat a full meal anyway.

Yeah man I thought I was being healthy by eating bananananas for lunch, which is better than sugary processed snacks...but I never knew they were carb loaded. 1 banananana = 25g of carbs.
