Hi XXXXXX
We’ve noticed that your ADSL usage for account: xxxxx@wadsl has been higher than normal. Unfortunately it’s also exceeded the 6 hour rolling window limit, as explained in our Home Uncapped Q&A.
It’s our mission to ensure that all Home Uncapped users receive fair and equal internet access, in line with our Acceptable Usage Policy. As a result, users who have exceeded their rolling window limits may experience slower speeds until their usage falls back in line with our AUP.
To improve your speeds, we suggest you adjust your usage in line with our rolling window specifications. If you are unable to do that, we recommend you either upgrade to a higher speed Home Uncapped account, or consider a Business Uncapped service. Please note that continued excessive usage of our service may result in service termination, as explained in our Home Uncapped Acceptable Usage Policy.
Please understand that these kind of excessive use notifications are standard, and that most Internet Service Providers worldwide have an AUP in place to manage Uncapped accounts. This mail in no way constitutes a final warning or a cancellation notice, but rather serves to inform you that continued excessive usage may ultimately result in termination of your service.
Don’t forget you can monitor all usage through your DSL Console. Please call us on 086 000 9500 or email us on
[email protected] if you do not know your log-in details, or for any queries relating to your Home Uncapped account.
Thank you,
Web Africa
