19.8kg's in 4 weeks ....... :wtf:

I am literally blown away. And I haven't even been that strict (doing about 40g carbs a day) except with working out. I am going to have a damn cake on Sunday to celebrate!

holy schite, what was your starting weight/height? I'm 1.74/129 :( gonna give this keto thing a go starting monday (shopping on sunday)

That sounds extreme though. People are telling me I'm dropping too fast, and all I did was about 7 or so in three weeks...
 
Trust me, I had the extra padding to burn ........

I'm suffering no ill effects of any kind, in fact, I haven't felt this good (and fit) in years, so I'll just take the win and keep at it. Tomorrow I get some BCCAS and Whey product and then distance walking from next week.
 
Copa, yours I can still understand and accept. But an average of 5kg a week over 4 weeks.

Unless, and no offence meant with this, you were extremely overweight I don't see how it could be possible otherwise.
 
I have a buddy who is doing it, he's about 90 odd and he lost just over 3kg's for three weeks straight. Maybe the working out? Shrug.

Same here...just over 6kg's in just over 3 weeks. :D

Thanks :D Typical day for me is probably -

Juice and coffee in the morning (about 8am)
90mins workout midday
Piece of feta, a sausage and boiled egg and avo / half chicken breast and avo and a half sausage for lunch (about 2pm)
Small steak and the right veggies / Cloudbread burgers and salad / etc for dinner (about 9pm)

No snacks, I just don't crave anything between eating

Yoh...that is quite min in terms of quantity! So I can understand the weight gain. An I thought I was eating very little in terms of quantity. But yeah...dont get those hunger cravings between meals anymore. Some days I felt like I could even skip lunch...quite amazing!

20kg in 4 weeks? You sure you reading the scale right?

Unless Mephisto was (well) the other side of 30% bodyfat I think I'd be more concerned than pleased with that much gone in such a short time. There's no way all of that loss was fat.

But I guess like you said, take it as a win and keep going.
 
After reading his diet on an average day I retract my statement of it not being possible.

I congratulate you Mephisto_Helix. Go from strength to strength.
 
My height is 186cm.

I spoke to my doc just now and he said it's a lot yes but he has seen it before and as long as I have no adverse effects, which I haven't in those 4 weeks (even my headaches are gone) I should be ok. He reckons it's the 90mins workout every single day that has made such a dramatic result possible. He did say to increase the amount of food a tad coz that's too little and come see him soon (meh).
 
There was a guy on the SleekGeek FB page that was upset last week because he ONLY lost 4.5kg that week. He said he had been consistently losing 5kg /week. So it's definitely possible. He did look like the huge gym type though.
