so long as it's a natural cheese, not the highly processed stuff it's okay
my cheese container usually has Gouda, Mozarella, Feta, Woolies Boerenkaas, Camembert, Haloumi, Cheddar (usually with chilli), Kiri or other cream cheese
oh and goats milk Chevin, goats milk cheeses are awesome

Looks like you are underweight when it comes to BMI.
Don't let your waist bother you too much at this stage, I have had love handles forever and that and a flat stomach is my goal, it is hard but just need to stay dedicated!
Yeah the BMI thing is hogwash. It doesn't take into account we all have different body types/structures. Judging by my previous weights I reckon 45/46 kg's is about my ideal body weight.
Well you didn't post BF% so it is harder to gauge
In any case keep strong!

Wanted to ask last year, why not bulk up a bit.
Your a little shorter than me but 50kgs is waaay to skinny mate.
Tried bulking up. The only body part that bulks up is my tummy :wtf:
DYEL?
Well I just relapsed... Two bottles of tequila is about all I can remember, and a lot of junk food. *facepalm*
Bummer, but! You've been doing well, a motivtion for many of us. Keep at it.
Well, besides the challenge here, I have also entered into a "Biggest Loser" type challenge with my wife, brother-in-law and father-in-law. It is going to be run over 8 weeks, with all of us putting in a cash amount that will go to the winner at the end of the 8 weeks.
The winner is going to be the person with the largest percentage weight loss, but we are also tracking BMI, fat %, water %, and muscle %.
My wife in currently in the lead on 1.6% down in the 1st week, with the 3 men all sitting on 1.4% down.
We were away camping this weekend, so it was a bit of a cheat weekend. I am back to my original weight, this after weighing on Friday morning... That means I up up around 1.2kg in one weekend :wtf:
Without sharing TMI, I haven't been very regular at the moment, and I did eat a lot of the wrong foods and drank too much this weekend. Gonna try get back on track this week with eating correctly and exercising regularly. At the moment my wife and I aren't following any diets or anything, but just trying to each the right kind of foods, which can be difficult at times. She suffers with IBS, so she has already cut out most carbs, and all wheat products, which I will also eventually try cut out.
Any suggestions on eating plans/programs to follow? (Don't have time to read through this thread at the moment).
I'm a bit pissed off with myself to be honest. And I've run out of pain killers. Really suffering.
Never mind the tequila...a lot of junk food??? I can't make up my mind whether to feel pity or envy![]()

Hey guys,
Been on my 2nd round of no carbing, first time I lost 23kg. 127 --> 104. Then started gym to put on some muscle mass, climbed up to 116 and now i am on 112 since Jan 6th.
Now I am trying to figure out what kind of muscle loss you can expect on a LCHF diet. Is this something to be weary of, or does the pure fact that since you are still getting a good amount of protein/fat mean this is not such a big worry?
