Thanks, interesting. I got my body measured last week and have a total for my muscle mass. So i should be able to report back on my situation.

PS, I know that on the low carb diet you tend to spontaneously reduce your food consumption as you are not as hungry any more. I wonder if I maintain the exercise and when I get me body fat down will my hunger increase to compensate due to the lower fat stores to feed on? Or at the point I will need to start calculating how much to eat to prevent muscle loss?
